The Diet Plate

Today’s blog entry consists of a picture of a plate that someone posted up on Twitter. It is from a Champneys Health Resort, and it shows you the size of portions you should have for each ‘section’ of your meal; carbs, proteins and greens. The only fault I could find is that though the plate is a finite diameter, you can indeed pile the food as high as you want!
